Hi, I’m Stevie - The Embodied Family Coach.

I guide mothers and their children on a journey of embodied presence, where the subtle language of the nervous system is heard and the dance of co-tending becomes a pathway to profound connection.

With a background in Primary Education, Somatic Focalizing, Children's Yoga and a certification in Matrescence Coaching, I weave together somatic practices, mindfulness, and a deep reverence for relational attunement.

My work is an invitation to step beyond reactive parenting into a realm of compassionate responsiveness, fostering a sense of belonging, ease and shared rhythm within the family.

I strongly believe in the power of families to shape a more compassionate world.
