This pace is intentional. It gives you the space to integrate our work into your real life - the messy Tuesdays and the quiet moments - without adding another thing to your weekly to-do list.

Why Longer Journeys?
Healing the nervous system and shifting years of patterns requires time and repetition.
I offer three journey lengths to honour your process:
6 Months (12 Sessions): To establish safety and begin the thaw.
9 Months (18 Sessions): To deepen the roots and shift long-standing patterns.
12 Months (24 Sessions): For a total reclamation of your internal landscape and family resonance.

A space to breathe, be heard, and feel into the resonance.
Committing to a 6, 9, or 12-month journey is a significant act of self-tending. It is important that you feel a yes in your body before we begin.
The Connection Call is a complimentary, 20-minute quiet space for us to meet heart-to-heart. There is no pressure to sign up or have it all figured out.
During our time together, we will:
Share the Landscape: You can share what motherhood looks like for you right now - the struggles, the frustrations and the hopes you have for your family.
Feel the Fit: You’ll get a sense of my energy and how I work. We’ll see if my 20 years of child development expertise and somatic approach feel like the right "key" for your specific lock.
Explore the Journey: We will discuss which journey length (6, 9, or 12 months) and sliding scale tier feels most sustainable and supportive for your life.
This is not a high-pressure sales call.
It is a practice in attunement.
