Hi, I’m Stevie - The Embodied Family Guide.

I walk beside mothers who are learning to listen again, not just to the needs of their children, but to the quiet murmur of their own soul.

My work weaves together somatic practice, mythic storytelling, and the art of embodied presence.
Together we explore how the nervous system and the psyche dance together, how shadow work, story, and self-tending can bring you home to your own wholeness.

With a background in Primary Education, Somatic Focalizing, Children’s Yoga, and Matrescence Coaching, I bring both grounded practice and reverence for the unseen pulse that moves beneath our ordinary days.
